General Terms and Conditions – Bridal Styling

§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC-B) apply to all bridal styling services provided by ANN FOX – Anne Regensburger (hereinafter "Stylist"), regardless of whether the service is performed on location, in a studio, or mobile at the client's premises.
§ 2 Scope of Services
Services offered cover bridal styling (hair styling and make-up for brides), their guests, and the groom. The exact scope of services is set out in the individual written quotation.
Expressly excluded from the scope of services:
Haircuts of any kind, beard grooming, hair removal, chemical hair restructuring, hair colouring of any kind
Nail design, manicure, pedicure
Lash lifts, brow lifts
Cosmetic treatments (deep-cleansing facials, acid peels, etc.)
2.1 Bridal Styling (Hair & Make-up incl. Trial Appointment and Consumables)
Trial Appointment
The trial appointment is arranged individually and typically lasts 2 to 4 hours. Each commenced hour beyond 4 hours is charged at €55 (net). The appointment is usually scheduled 4–8 weeks, and at most 10 weeks, before the wedding date. The Stylist will contact the client by e-mail (address provided at booking) to arrange the appointment, with a lead time of at least 6 weeks before the wedding date (subject to timely booking).
Trial appointments cannot take place on Saturdays as a rule. Sunday appointments are possible in exceptional cases subject to a Sunday surcharge of €200 (net). Monday to Friday appointments can be arranged flexibly. The latest possible start time for a trial appointment is 15:30.
The wedding dress and accessories should be available at the trial appointment, or at minimum documented by clear photographs. Inspiration images for the desired look are discussed individually. Styling times, the day's schedule, any guest stylings, and the groom's touch-up are agreed at the trial appointment and confirmed in writing. If a photographer or film crew is accompanying the getting-ready, additional time must be factored in; this is likewise confirmed in writing.
Wedding Day
The following must be provided at the styling location: a bright workspace with sufficient natural light and surface space (a bedside table or washbasin is not sufficient), at least one power outlet in close proximity, and drinking water. A raised bar stool with a backrest and a multi-socket extension lead are welcome; if unavailable, the Stylist will bring a styling chair.
Styling follows the result agreed at the trial appointment and takes approximately 2–3 hours. The Stylist provides a touch-up kit (including tissues, cotton swabs, and a miniature lip product) for the bride's independent use throughout the day.
Consumables
Consumables include make-up and hair styling products in the quantities required for each booked styling, hair clips, hair padding, and strip lashes. Hair-Extensions of any kind are not included in consumables. Consumables are reserved exclusively for booked stylings; self-service by guests, family members, or friends is not permitted.
2.2 Guest Stylings (Hair and/or Make-up incl. Consumables)
Guest styling times are planned at the trial appointment and confirmed in writing. The couple is responsible for communicating the agreed styling times and the hair-condition notes (see § 2.1) to the guests concerned.
Guest stylings can only be guaranteed if booked as part of the original quotation. Requests to add guest stylings at a later stage may be declined due to scheduling constraints. Hair styling for children under 12 years of age is not offered.
Approximate styling durations:
Hair and make-up: 45 min. to 2 hrs.
Hair styling only: 30 min. to 1.5 hrs.
Make-up only: 25 min. to 1 hr.
If the number of stylings or scheduling requirements make a second Hair & Make-up Artist necessary, the Stylist is happy to recommend suitable colleagues and make non-binding enquiries on the client's behalf. The terms and conditions of any additionally engaged artist apply exclusively to that artist's services.
Trial stylings for guests are available as an additional booking. The rates agreed in the quotation apply equally to the guest trial styling and the guest styling on the wedding day. Appointments can be arranged separately from the bridal trial appointment.
2.3 Groom's Touch-Up
The touch-up (15–25 min.) consists of light, natural-looking make-up including skin care for visual correction of the complexion. Any equipment changeover time required will be accounted for. The skin should be freshly cleansed. Details and scheduling are agreed at the trial appointment and confirmed in writing.
2.4 Extras
Styling Attendance
Styling attendance includes refreshing make-up and/or hair after the ceremony, support during the photo shoot (consumables included), and optionally a partial or complete restyling after the ceremony or before the evening party. All requests are discussed and recorded in detail at the trial appointment.
A booking at the same time as the main bridal styling is recommended. The duration must be fixed at booking and is binding. Short-notice extensions are subject to the Stylist's availability. In the event of a reduction in the agreed attendance time, the cancellation conditions in § 5.3 apply.
Styling attendance is invoiced per commenced hour from completion of the full bridal styling. The invoice is issued separately after the wedding day with a payment term of 14 days from the invoice date.
Early-Bird Surcharge
The early-bird surcharge applies whenever styling is due to commence before 06:00. Reducing the standard styling time per person to avoid the surcharge is not permitted.
§ 3 Booking and Formation of Contract
The contract is formed upon:
written booking confirmation by e-mail,
return of the signed quotation, and
receipt of the date reservation fee within 14 days into the account specified in the quotation (reference: "Date Reservation Fee" + wedding date).
Upon receipt of payment and the signed quotation, the Stylist confirms the booking by e-mail and acknowledges receipt of the amount. Only at that point is the date considered binding and the contract concluded.
§ 4 Prices, Invoicing and Payment
Applicable prices are set out in the written quotation and are non-negotiable.
The invoice is issued after the trial appointment and before the wedding date, by e-mail to the address provided at booking (or by post on explicit request). The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date; any deviating term stated on the invoice takes precedence.
Cash payment must be agreed in advance; the exact amount is to be held ready and handed over without being asked at the appointment. The invoice issued at the appointment serves as a receipt in this case.
The date reservation fee is shown as a discount on the final invoice. Extra costs arising before or at the trial appointment are included on the final invoice; costs arising later are invoiced separately.
§ 5 Cancellation and Appointment Withdrawal
5.1 Trial Appointment
Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment start. For later cancellations:
More than 24 hours and up to 72 hours before the start: cancellation fee of €55 (net)
24 hours or less before the start, or no-show: cancellation fee of €150 (net)
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@ann-fox-makeup.de.
5.2 Bridal Styling on the Wedding Day
If the client cancels after paying the date reservation fee and the cancellation is not caused by force majeure (e.g. officially mandated pandemic restrictions, severe natural disasters), no refund will be made. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@ann-fox-makeup.de.
If the wedding date must be postponed, the date reservation fee is forfeited; a new date reservation fee is required for the new date. A new trial appointment (fee: €250 net, plus any applicable overtime or Sunday surcharge) is required if more than 6 months pass between the new wedding date and the already agreed or completed trial appointment.
5.2.1 Cancellation Fee after Completed Trial Appointment
If the bridal styling is cancelled after the trial appointment has taken place and no force majeure applies (§ 5.2), the following cancellation fee scale applies. The basis of calculation is the total net amount for bridal styling shown in the signed quotation (excluding extras and travel costs):

Offset: The date reservation fee already paid will be offset against the cancellation fee due.
Relevant date: The date the written cancellation is received by e-mail at info@ann-fox-makeup.de. Verbal or telephone cancellations do not entitle the client to a more favourable tier.
Due date: The cancellation fee will be invoiced within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and is payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
5.3 Guest Stylings and Extras
Confirmed guest stylings may be cancelled free of charge up to and including the day of the bridal trial appointment. Cancellations after the trial appointment has taken place incur a cancellation fee equal to the agreed guest styling price.
Extra services (§ 2.4) may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed start. For later cancellations:

The early-bird surcharge cannot be cancelled. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@ann-fox-makeup.de.
§ 6 Late Arrival
Late arrival by the client may reduce the styling duration in order to keep subsequent appointments; quality and longevity may be affected accordingly. If the client is 30 minutes or more late, the styling can no longer commence — the full price remains due nonetheless.
Late arrival of more than 30 minutes without prior notification or telephone availability is deemed a no-show; the full price remains due.
A delay is deemed to have occurred whenever the Stylist is unable to begin at the agreed start time.
§ 7 Travel and Travel Costs
The travel fee covers the outward and return journey to each appointment as well as transportation, set-up, and dismantling of equipment. Travel costs for the trial appointment and the wedding day are charged separately and are shown in the quotation. The starting point for all travel calculations is: Pfauentorstr. 22, 67547 Worms, Germany.
If a change of location between booked stylings is required, the additional distance travelled will be charged separately.
Flat-rate travel fees apply up to a combined outward and return distance of 200 km per appointment. Beyond this: €0.65 per kilometre driven (net) from 67547 Worms. For a one-way journey exceeding 300 km, an additional overnight accommodation allowance of €150 (net) applies.
§ 8 Image Rights and Use of Photographs
With the client's express consent, before-and-after photographs and result images may be published by the Stylist for marketing purposes (e.g. website, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Informal consent is sufficient. Consent may be withdrawn at any time informally and in writing. Name credits or tags can be provided on request.
§ 9 Liability
Liability for health-related risks (in particular allergic reactions or intolerances) arising from the styling or the products used is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Clients and persons to be styled are obliged to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.
§ 10 Validity of the Quotation
The validity period of the quotation is stated in the quotation itself. As a general rule, quotations are valid for 7 to a maximum of 14 days. Thereafter, the quotation remains open only until the date is allocated to another client.
§ 11 Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed service and is not disclosed to third parties. The privacy policy applies:

§ 12 Right to Amend
ANN FOX – Anne Regensburger reserves the right to amend these GTC-B at any time. The currently applicable version is published at:

The GTC-B in force at the time of booking apply to already confirmed bookings.
§ 13 No Right of Withdrawal
As the services are date-specific services performed at a fixed point in time, no statutory right of withdrawal exists pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By making a binding booking, clients acknowledge this provision.
§ 14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Worms, to the extent permitted by law.
§ 15 Language of Contract
The language of contract is German. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the German version shall prevail.
§ 16 Severability Clause
Should any individual provision of these GTC-B be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory rule.
Handwritten amendments to these terms have no legal effect.
