GTC-B
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions for Bridal Styling (GTC-B) apply to all services in the field of bridal styling provided by ANN FOX – Anne Regensburger (hereinafter also referred to as “the Stylist”), regardless of whether the service is rendered on location, in a studio, or mobile at the client’s home.
2. Services
Services offered encompass bridal styling (hair styling and make-up for brides), their guests, and the groom. The exact scope of services is determined by the individual agreement (or written quote) with the client. The following services are expressly excluded: full haircuts of any kind, beard grooming, hair removal, nail design, manicure, pedicure, lash lifting, brow lifting, and cosmetic treatments (skin cleansing, application of chemical peels, etc.).
2.1. Service Overview, Description and Conditions
2.1.1. Mobile Bridal Styling – Hair & Make-Up, incl. Trial Appointment & Consumables
Trial Appointment: The bridal trial appointment is arranged individually and typically lasts between 2 and 4 hours. Any time exceeding 4 hours will be charged at €50 (net) per commenced hour. This appointment is generally scheduled approximately 4–8 weeks before the wedding date, with a maximum lead time of 10 weeks. The Stylist will contact the client via the e-mail address provided in the signed quote to arrange a date. Scheduling begins (where the booking has been confirmed with sufficient advance notice) with a minimum lead time of 6 weeks before the wedding date. Trial appointments cannot generally take place on Saturdays. Sunday appointments for the trial are available in exceptional cases at a Sunday surcharge of €200 (net). Monday through Friday, trial appointments can be scheduled very flexibly by mutual agreement.
The wedding dress and accessories should be available at the trial appointment, or at minimum a clear photograph thereof. Any inspiration images collected by the bride for styling purposes will be discussed individually at the trial appointment. The styling time for the bride and any additional guest stylings or groom touch-ups will also be agreed upon at the trial appointment and subsequently confirmed in writing. The schedule for the wedding day will likewise be discussed and incorporated into the timeline. If a photographer or camera crew will be present to document the “Getting Ready”, additional time must be factored in.
If the hair of any person to be styled has been chemically straightened, it is not possible to create lasting open or semi-open hairstyles with waves or curls. This also applies to hair with significantly grown-out chemical straightening treatment. If the hair to be styled is regularly treated with Olaplex, Bond Pro, Wellaplex, Smartbond, Fiberplex, K18, or similar (smoothing) conditioning products, these must be replaced with light and, if necessary, deep-cleansing care products at least 7 days before the styling appointment. Otherwise, creating lasting waves and curls will not be possible. If a hairdresser appointment is scheduled shortly before the trial or wedding day, it is recommended to ask the hairdresser not to use products from these or comparable care series.
Wedding Day: The styling location should provide a workstation with sufficient natural daylight and enough surface area to set up the Stylist’s products. A small side table, bedside table, or washbasin is not sufficient. At least one power socket in the immediate vicinity of the styling station is required. If it is possible for the venue to provide a raised bar stool with backrest and a multi-socket extension, this would be greatly appreciated, as would drinking water during the styling session.
The bride’s styling on the wedding day will proceed in accordance with what was agreed at the preceding trial appointment. Styling time is approximately 2–3 hours depending on the desired look. The Stylist will provide a touch-up kit for the bride to independently refresh her make-up throughout the day, containing useful products and tools including tissues, cotton swabs, and a miniature lip product.
Consumables include make-up and hair styling products in the quantities required for the styling, as well as hair clips, hair pads, and individual lashes. Extensions of any kind are not included as consumables.
2.1.2. Guest Stylings – Hair and/or Make-Up, incl. Consumables
If the hair of any person to be styled has been chemically straightened, it is not possible to create lasting open or semi-open hairstyles with waves or curls. This also applies to hair with significantly grown-out chemical straightening. If the hair to be styled is regularly treated with Olaplex, Bond Pro, Wellaplex, Smartbond, Fiberplex, K18, or similar (smoothing) conditioning products, these must be replaced with light care and cleansing products at least 7 days before the guest styling. Otherwise, lasting waves and curls cannot be achieved. If a hairdresser appointment is scheduled shortly before the event, it is recommended to ask the hairdresser not to use products from these or comparable series.
Styling times will be agreed upon at the bridal trial and confirmed in writing by e-mail. It is the responsibility of the couple to communicate these times to the guests to be styled, as well as the above-mentioned restrictions regarding product use before styling and chemical straightening.
Additional services for guests (make-up and/or hair styling including materials) are only guaranteed to be feasible within the available time if booked as part of the original quote. Later booking requests for guest stylings may not be accommodable due to scheduling constraints.
Should the number of additional stylings or other time-related factors require a second hair and make-up artist, the terms and conditions of the additionally engaged artist shall apply. The Stylist is happy to recommend further artists for additional stylings and to make a non-binding enquiry on the client’s behalf.
The Stylist does not offer styling services for children’s hair.
Any additionally booked guest stylings are not part of the bridal trial appointment. Should a trial be desired for guests, the agreed styling price per guest will also be charged for the guest trial styling. Separate appointments from the bridal trial are then possible by arrangement.
The duration of a full guest styling (hair and make-up) ranges, depending on the desired look and booking, between 45 minutes and 2 hours. Hair styling alone ranges between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on complexity. Make-up alone ranges between 25 minutes and 1 hour depending on complexity and look.
Confirmed guest stylings may be cancelled free of charge up until the bridal trial appointment has taken place. Cancellation after the bridal trial has been held will result in a cancellation fee equal to the agreed guest styling price as stated in the signed quote.
Consumables include make-up and hair styling products in the quantities required, as well as hair clips, hair pads, and individual lashes. Extensions of any kind are not included.
2.1.3. Groom Touch-Up
The groom touch-up lasts between 10 and 30 minutes; additional time may be needed for the Stylist to re-set her equipment. The styling time will be agreed upon at the bridal trial and confirmed in writing by e-mail. The groom touch-up is not part of the bridal trial appointment.
This service consists of a light, natural make-up application to perfect the skin and groom the hair. The skin should be freshly cleansed; the hair may already be prepared beforehand.
Following consultation with the groom, his already-prepared hair will be finished and perfected, with additional product applied as needed. The skin will receive, by agreement, moisturising care as well as optical correction of any uneven skin tone, followed by mattifying and setting.
2.1.4. Extras
Styling Accompaniment: Styling accompaniment includes, among other things, refreshing the make-up and/or hair styling after the ceremony and/or during the reception/couples photoshoot, as well as assistance with arranging the dress and veil and general support during the photo session (materials included). A minor or complete re-styling after the ceremony or before the evening party is also possible. Re-styling wishes will be discussed at the trial appointment.
If styling accompaniment is desired, it is recommended to book it together with the main bridal styling booking. A later booking for styling accompaniment may not be possible due to scheduling availability. The desired duration of the styling accompaniment must be specified at the time of booking. A last-minute extension of the planned accompaniment time is only possible subject to the Stylist’s availability. In the event of a last-minute reduction of the planned styling accompaniment time, the cancellation conditions set out in Section 5.3 apply.
Styling accompaniment is charged per commenced hour from the completion of the full bridal styling. The invoice for this service is issued after the wedding day, separately from the main invoice, with a standard payment term of 14 days from the invoice date.

Upon receipt of the payment and the signed quote, the Stylist will confirm the reservation and binding booking by e-mail and acknowledge receipt of the amount received.
